Travel in Liberia is not for the weak. It's bouncy, bumply, long and hard. It took me two days to travel from Zwedru to Tugbaken. That included a four hour wait at the bus station (babysat by two Liberian friends), packed into a station wagon, multiple mud holes, and - finally - a motorcycle taxi ride for a trip into the rainforest for a National Geographic moment. As I sat on the back of that motorcycle, I held up my Ipad to video-record part of the moment.
