Twice is not enough. If you go to the Maya ruins in the Yucatan, you'll share the experience with thousands of people. If you explore Tikal, it will be with hundreds. That is way more impressive. You can't actually climb the ruins, which is a shame, but I can tell you that what little I was allowed to climb did me in. My legs ached. I climbed enough. And, if hundreds are too much for you, there's always Copan in Honduras. You explore that with dozens of people.
