Folk Tale Books

The assignment is to talk to their parents, grandparents, or if necessary read a book, and come up with a folk tale from their country of origin.  In an international school setting, that provides a wide variety of stories from around the globe.  They must design a cover, write a title page, dedication and copyright information, type the story on a word processor, and create at least ten illustrations.  The only problem for me when they are completed is that the students take the books home and I really want to keep these treasures.
