Paper Maché Masks

I really love it when my students get excited about a project.. This is one of those kinds of projects.. Student began with strips of heavy paper.. Each student used a stapler, wire, and a whole lot of masking tape to first get a mask that loosely fit the shape of the artists' head.. Then, drawing up authentic details from research, students added features to create masks from the culture of their choice.
