Plaster Carving
.
Students integrate their plaster carving with their studies in Social Studies which include the Stone Age and the ancient civilizations of Mesopotamia, Indus, China, Egypt, and Greece.  They must carve a concept covered in one of these civilizations with a foreground, middle ground and background.
