Balinese Cassava Leaves

10 cassava leaves per person
10 spinach leaves per person
5 green beans per person
1 clump bean sprouts
a few garlic cloves
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon tumeric
1 teaspoon ground ginger
shrimp paste
salt and pepper to taste
1 chili pepper
1 lime
.
Wash leaves, beans, and bean sprouts.  Boil five minutes and then finely chop them. Separately combine spices with onion and fry for two minutes.  Combine chopped greens and fried spices with lime.   Boil ingredients until finished.
